We offer refunds before your order starts processing. Once delivery begins, we offer store credit or partial refunds depending on the situation. We aim to resolve all issues fairly and quickly.
1. Before Service Begins
If you contact us before your order starts processing, you are eligible for a full refund. No questions asked.
- Full refund to original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days for bank reflection
- Contact us immediately after placing your order if you change your mind
2. After Service Begins
Once delivery has started (you'll see "Processing" or "In Progress" status), we handle refunds as follows:
- Store Credit: Full order value as GetFame credit for future orders
- Partial Refund: Refund for undelivered portion minus processing fees
- Service Restart: We can restart or redirect your order if there's an issue
Important: This policy exists because digital services cannot be "returned" once delivery begins. We incur costs with our providers the moment processing starts.
3. When We Always Refund
We will always provide a full refund in these situations, regardless of order status:
- We were unable to deliver any part of your order
- There was a technical error on our side
- You were charged incorrectly or multiple times
- The service was fundamentally different from what was described
4. Service Expectations
Please understand the nature of our services:
- Delivery times are estimates based on current provider capacity
- Results may vary due to platform changes and provider availability
- Natural fluctuations may occur after delivery (this is normal for all social media growth)
- We use best-available providers and include automatic retries where applicable
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@getfame.net with your order number
- Use our live chat on the website
- We respond within 24 hours (usually much faster)
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. We can usually resolve issues faster than the bank dispute process, which can take weeks.
If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we will provide all order evidence to your bank, including your consent to our terms at checkout.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Orders fully delivered as described
- Issues caused by your account settings or actions
- Natural follower/engagement fluctuations after delivery
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after order completion
