Our Commitment: We stand behind our services. If we can't deliver what you ordered, you'll get your money back or a free replacement.
30-Day Refill Guarantee
All services come with a 30-day refill guarantee. If you experience any drop in delivered followers, likes, or other services within 30 days of delivery completion, contact us for a free refill.
When Refunds Are Available
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Your order has not started after 72 hours
- We are unable to complete your order due to technical issues
- You received significantly less than what you ordered (and we cannot refill)
- Your account was private and we cannot deliver (before order starts)
When Refunds Are NOT Available
Refunds cannot be issued if:
- The service has been fully or partially delivered
- You changed your username during delivery
- Your account was set to private during delivery
- Your account was suspended or deleted
- You requested a service for the wrong account/post
- More than 30 days have passed since the order
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or refill:
- Email us at support@getfame.net
- Include your order ID and email address
- Describe the issue you're experiencing
- We'll respond within 24 hours
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Partial Refunds
If your order was partially delivered, you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit for the undelivered portion.
Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without contacting support first may result in account suspension and inability to use our services in the future.
