Refunds are only available before delivery begins. Once delivery has started, all sales are final. We guarantee quantity delivered, not engagement.

Approved refunds are returned as USDC to your original wallet address, minus any payment processing fees (typically 2-5%).

Refill coverage is not a refund. It is a one-time replacement of dropped quantity on eligible packages only. Not all packages include refill coverage — check your package details before purchasing.

If the target social media platform takes any action against your account (including reduced reach, shadow banning, suspension, or termination), no refund is available. You accepted this risk when agreeing to our Terms of Service.
