Welcome to GetFame. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GetFame website and services ("Services"). By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
Read This First
GetFame provides promotional marketing services for social media accounts. You are purchasing a marketing service — not targeted or organic fans. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- Our Services may violate the Terms of Service of the target platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Snapchat, etc.)
- You assume all risk related to your social media account, including potential account limitation, shadow banning, suspension, or termination by the target platform
- We make no guarantee that delivered engagement comes from any specific type of account, geographic location, or demographic
- You are at least 18 years old or have legal consent to enter this agreement
1. Nature of the Service
GetFame is a social media promotion and marketing service. We act as an intermediary/reseller that routes your order to third-party delivery networks. We do not access, log into, or control your social media account. All we require is your public profile URL or username.
Our Services are delivered through networks of accounts and automated promotional systems operated by third-party providers. The composition, type, and behavior of accounts used for delivery is determined by those third-party networks and may change at any time without notice.
2. What We Deliver
Quantity-Only Guarantee
We guarantee delivery of the numerical quantity purchased, nothing more.
We do NOT guarantee:
- That delivered accounts are operated by any specific type of user
- That followers, likes, viewers, or commenters will interact with your content in any way
- That delivered metrics will remain permanently (drops are normal)
- That our Services will result in any increase in organic engagement, brand awareness, revenue, sales, conversions, partnerships, or business outcomes
- Any specific delivery speed — estimates are not binding
- That delivered accounts are from any specific country, language, or demographic unless explicitly sold as a geo-targeted package (and even then, targeting is approximate and not guaranteed)
Some drop in delivered counts over time is normal across all social platforms. Refill coverage, where offered, is limited to the terms of the specific package purchased.
3. Platform Terms of Service Acknowledgment
You Accept the Risk
Most social media platforms (including Instagram, Meta, TikTok, ByteDance, YouTube, Google, Twitter/X, and Snapchat) expressly prohibit the purchase of followers, likes, views, or other engagement metrics in their Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or similar policies.
By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Using our Services may constitute a violation of the target platform's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or related policies
- The target platform may take enforcement action against your account, including reduced reach, shadow banning, content removal, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination
- You assume all risk related to such platform enforcement actions
- GetFame is not liable for any loss, damage, or consequence resulting from platform enforcement, including but not limited to lost followers, lost revenue, lost brand partnerships, lost ad spend, or account termination
- You have read and understood the Terms of Service of the platform you are targeting before placing an order
- You will not hold GetFame responsible for any decision you make regarding the use of our Services on your account
4. Service Availability
Platform Dependency
Service availability, delivery speed, and delivery quality may vary significantly due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Platform algorithm changes
- Platform policy updates
- API restrictions or changes
- Third-party provider capacity or outages
- Network-wide enforcement actions by target platforms
We are not liable for service disruptions, delays, changes in delivery quality, or inability to deliver caused by any of the above.
5. Your Representations and Responsibilities
By using our Services, you represent, warrant, and agree that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have parental/guardian consent
- You are authorized to receive promotional services for the social media account you submit
- You provide accurate information, including correct profile URLs and usernames
- You keep the target account public during the delivery period
- You will not change your username, delete your posts, or make your account private during active delivery
- You are not using our Services to impersonate, defraud, or harm any person or entity
- You understand and accept all risks described in these Terms
- You use our Services at your own sole risk and discretion
6. Payment & Billing
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- Payment is required in full before service delivery begins
- We accept cryptocurrency payments via Coinbase Commerce
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- All transactions become final once delivery has begun
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Strict No-Refund Policy After Delivery Begins
All sales are final once delivery has started. Refunds are only available if you cancel before delivery begins.
- Before delivery starts: You may request a refund by emailing support@getfame.net. Approved refunds are returned as USDC to your original wallet address, minus any payment processing fees (typically 2–5%).
- After delivery has begun: No refunds. The only remedy available is refill coverage where applicable, or in our sole discretion, store credit for the undelivered portion.
- Completed orders: No refunds under any circumstances.
- Drops after delivery: Covered only by refill where applicable under the specific package terms. No monetary refund.
- Account action by target platform: No refund. Platform enforcement is your risk under Section 3.
- Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback for a delivered order is considered fraud and may result in account termination and legal action.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services Provided "As Is"
GetFame is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Instagram, Meta, TikTok, ByteDance, YouTube, Google, Twitter/X, Snapchat, or any other social media platform or their parent companies.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or that the Services will meet your requirements.
We do not warrant that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times
- Delivered metrics will produce any specific result, including any increase in organic engagement, brand value, sales, revenue, or business opportunity
- Delivered metrics will remain on your account permanently
- Your account will not be penalized, limited, or terminated by the target platform
- Any information provided by us is accurate, complete, or current
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost followers, lost business opportunities, loss of goodwill, or reputational harm
- We are not responsible for any action taken against your account by any third-party platform
- We are not responsible for business or personal decisions made based on inflated or artificial metrics
- This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GetFame, its operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right, including any platform's Terms of Service or any intellectual property right
- Any claim that your use of the Services caused damage to a third party
- Any action taken against your account by any third-party platform
11. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Services for any of the following:
- Any illegal purpose under applicable law
- Harassment, abuse, stalking, doxing, bullying, or harm to others
- Fraud, identity theft, deception, or misrepresentation
- Promoting hate speech, violence, terrorism, or illegal goods or services
- Targeting accounts that you do not own or are not authorized to promote
- Reselling our Services without prior written authorization
- Circumventing any usage limits, restrictions, or security measures
- Any purpose prohibited by applicable law or our policies
12. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and materials on the GetFame website are the property of GetFame or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission.
13. Account & Privacy
- We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account credentials
- We do not store, request, or require your social media password
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time and for any reason. Updated Terms become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and not in court.
You and GetFame agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action. If this class waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration provision shall be void as to the affected claim.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court for disputes within its jurisdictional limits.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GetFame regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
