All Sales Final After Delivery Begins

Refunds are only available if you cancel your order before delivery begins. Once your order enters processing or delivery, the sale is final. We do not offer money-back guarantees on delivered services.

Orders move from "Pending" to "Processing" quickly — often within minutes. If you change your mind, contact us as fast as possible.

If the target platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Snapchat, etc.) limits, shadow bans, suspends, or terminates your account in response to our Services, no refund is available. You accepted this risk at checkout. See our Terms of Service, Section 3, for details.

We take chargebacks seriously. Filing a chargeback on a delivered order without first contacting support is considered fraud.
