Refund Policy

All Sales Final After Delivery Begins
Refunds are only available if you cancel your order before delivery begins. Once your order enters processing or delivery, the sale is final. We do not offer money-back guarantees on delivered services.
1. Before Delivery Begins
If your order has not started processing, you may request a refund.
- Contact support@getfame.net immediately with your order number
- Approved refunds are returned as USDC to your original wallet address
- Payment processor fees (typically 2–5%) are non-refundable and will be deducted
- Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider
Orders move from "Pending" to "Processing" quickly — often within minutes. If you change your mind, contact us as fast as possible.
2. After Delivery Begins — No Refunds
Once your order has started delivering (status: "Processing" or "In Progress"), all sales are final. The only remedies available are:
- Refill coverage where the specific package you purchased includes it (see package terms)
- Store credit for the undelivered portion, at our sole discretion, in cases where we cannot complete the order
We do not offer:
- Money-back guarantees on delivered services
- Refunds for "not enough engagement" or similar outcome-based complaints — our guarantee is quantity, not engagement
- Refunds for natural drops, unless covered by refill
- Refunds for account action taken by the target platform
3. Platform Enforcement Is Your Risk
If the target platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Snapchat, etc.) limits, shadow bans, suspends, or terminates your account in response to our Services, no refund is available. You accepted this risk at checkout. See our Terms of Service, Section 3, for details.
4. Chargebacks
We take chargebacks seriously. Filing a chargeback on a delivered order without first contacting support is considered fraud.
- We will dispute all chargebacks on delivered orders and provide evidence (consent records, delivery logs, order history)
- Chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and loss of all credits/points
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action and collections for fraudulent chargebacks
- Always contact support@getfame.net first — we can usually resolve issues faster than a bank dispute
5. How to Request a Pre-Delivery Refund
Email support@getfame.net with:
- Your order number
- The email used at checkout
- Reason for cancellation
We will confirm eligibility and process approved refunds within 2 business days. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
6. Service Nature Reminder
By purchasing, you acknowledged that:
- GetFame is a promotional marketing service
- We guarantee the quantity delivered, not engagement, sales, or outcomes
- Delivery speed and quality may vary based on third-party and platform conditions
- Using our Services may violate the target platform's Terms of Service
- You accepted all risk to your account at checkout
